Exchange and Returns

Refunds or Exchange is not accepted to any of the items that is being ordered by the customer for its specially handmade upon his/her request with a customized Name and size, and its considered Gemstones. Unless it has a major defect that doesn't allow the customer to use it.

And for our Desire to give our customers the best services we guarantee the following:

  • If the customer received a complete different Items than what he requested we refund his money after receiving the order back in its original condition without damages or being used and we refund the shipping fee only when shipped with EMS within 14 days.
  • If the items has an order mistake from our side we will pay for the shipping back only when shipped with EMS and fix the items and return it to the customer.

After Sales Services


  • We do free maintenance unless the customer requested a change to the original design.
  • The free maintenance includes polishing and plating so items gets back to its first state
  • If the items had a damage costumer will be requested to pay its price before fixing it.
  • Customer will pay the shipping fee needed to do the maintenance

Note: It is very important that customer DOES NOT mention anywhere on the package that it contains jewelry, Gemstones, or any other luxurious items, as this increases the chances of Theft.

-       Refunds will be made using the same service mode that was used upon purchase of product.

-       It will take maximum of 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at Rana Alhendi Est.
